n the gulf yesterday boating all day. Caught some snook. Heading back out tomorrow. Probably sand bar and the wife (no pics) tomorrow

Old people pictures. It is what it is.... I aint mad
Winds were 20 yesterday. Snook were OK. Not excellent. Caught 6 in a few hours. Mostly fished near high tide which I was just forced to do. Then opened the cooler and headed to a sand bar....
Going back tomorrow and hopefully can catch the tide better. The tarpon are showing up. I may even spend a few hours floating around trying to hook up with one...

Jealous. Tarpon is number one on my bucket list with snook, bonefish and permit making the top 5. And you sound like you're all up in them where you are

Yep. Tons of snook here below Tampa Bay. The tarpon are just arriving and will stay a few good months. I have a area where they migrate through and will be loaded soon...
Looking forward to getting after them. Missed most of last season due to boat issues..
