Your cardiologist should have told you that cholesterol is controlled more by genetics than diet, in non-obese individuals. These easily could be your genetic baseline numbers.
If all other tests show that your heart is healthy and you feel healthy, then keep on keepin'on, bro.

Yesterday was with my GP and I guess I was bummed because I was hoping, eating better and cutting out food would at least make some difference
Did those levels look bad enough to start a statin?
