I’d argue he isn’t the biggest bust the Browns had that draft
I think people misremember Manziel getting drafted at the top of the draft but the browns actually took Justin Gilbert at 8 and then traded back up to take Manziel at 22
Gilbert washed out nearly as hard as Manziel from what I remember
