I expected a lot more from Trindon this year. I though he'd be a better football player with more experience. If anything, he seems to have regressed a little.

We need to get him in the game and get his confidence back. He also needs to learn how to catch punts better - it's about time.

He just hasn't broke that "big" play on offense yet. Last year it was the USC 33-yard TD run.

we don't use him enough out of the slot on offense

that would set up a wild tiger formation perfectly

but for some reason we're too good for the wild x formations and refuse to use it, even tho we have the perfect set up

I think its more that opponents have better learned how to deal with him. He was effectively neutralized by the way Troy St was doing those punts.

You have to take into account the fact that his mere presence is often enough to convince opponents to kick short punts.

The ref blocked him.

He needs not only more touches, but more reps as far as being in the game on plays where he's not necessarily going to get the ball as a decoy. Instead the defense usually knows to key on him when he is in the game because he is likely to get the ball.

trindon isn't even a good PR, so i don't know why you're saying he was "neutralized"

It's hard to be productive from the bench. He has the talent to consistently get carries.

He hasn't regressed, he just hasn't had the opportunities. Florida is showing you with Demps how Trindon SHOULD be used.

now you see why no other D1 college recruited Holiday or SEC type school before I'm corrected. The dude lacks skills for this level of play

That's not what I said. He's more than good enough to play for LSU or any school in the country. Even on current form.

All I kept thinking about seeing Demps run all over LSU was why can't we see Holliday used that way

holiday is a gimmick player who has a role that he could perform on any team in CFB

only UF would likely turn him away at this point, and they'd only do it b/c they have similar (but better b/c they're overall better runners) players in demps, rainey, and james

I say he lacks, I didn't say you said it. Take a real hard look at Holiday and really ask yourself is this guy the real deal-He would have been better off at ULL or USM

Teams are not afraid of him anymore. Some kick away from him but most have said give us your best shot and he has not been a real threat form us. I wish that would change.
