It was in the mid ‘80’s. Diane Upp was the victim. She was driving on I-10 and a kid out of Valley Park tossed a chunk of concrete off the overpass at Nairn Dr. went through the windshield.

I’m not sure if it was the same night or not, but around that time my mom and sister were almost killed at that same location by someone throwing chunks of concrete at cars. They were extremely fortunate that the stone hit front of my mom’s car resulting in minor damage to the car.
