You are fricking stupid. Racial/gender diversity quotas are the exact opposite of meritocracy, and those quotas are left wing stances.
True meritocracy means to hire the best people for the job, regardless of any other factors. The left thinks this is racist.

Progressive do not understand merit. All they know is inheritance, seniority and credentialism..
Credentialism is their route to make low IQ people more successful.
