RBI is technically correct. But I don’t get worked up over RBI’s either.

The plural of Run-batted-in isn’t Run-batted-in’s but rather Runs-batted-in.

You probably don't care, much like myself. My only contention is that the MLB glossary of terms uses the term RBIs in their examples of what an RBI is. But in other unit-based acronyms, the same thing is used for singular and plural. The most notate example is PSI (Pound(s) per square inch), it is the same for 1 PSI as for 10 PSI.

And yes, I have argued it both ways on here.

Correct. That's its possessive.
