Yep. I remember back when it started they all heralded the work as it was meant to slow traffic, force more drivers over to Florida Blvd, and make Government like Magazine Street in New Orleans.

Except, you can’t move the schools and businesses already located there that is the source of the traffic. Doh!

And the city is lazy for not maintaining the medians.
