I am all for legalization. But that smell kills me and makes me sick. We went to NYC over Christmas and even in 20 degree weather people were still outside every block smoking. In 5 days I never didn’t smell it except for Central Park.

It overtook the sewage dumpster smell I remember from 10 years ago.
