I’ve been watching this since we’re going down to the camp all next week to fish. I thought this ridge pattern was gonna make for some nice weather but look at that god damn shear vorticity Leeroy Jaankens itself down south and spin up a low on the baroclinic zone. Talk about some bad luck.

Certainly a viable genesis pathway, but probably won't have enough time over water to get a name.
