It’s a step and a half above goat ranch. Greens slow but in good shape. Very hilly. Chipping off sticker patches green side. A few blind tee shots. I hit what I thought were good shots that caught a hill and kicked down into the shite.

Yes course in great shape. Best rates you will find in Louisiana by far.
Very hilly. Fun layout.
Greens very solid last 3 months with transition into spring.

I like the course, but it is a lot closer to Webb condition wise.

Good comp.
Whatever it gains in price, layout and design I think is greatly negated by the distance to get there, quality of golf carts, amenities, etc.
I'd rather pay more and get more and if I have to drive an hour I would rather play Diamondhead, The Bridges, The Oaks, etc

Yea greens been in great shape all year. Aerated 3 weeks ago. And they are back rolling great. Fairways hard due to dry weather lately.
