I hear ya. My A1C has been in the 5.2-5.5 range literally since 2018. Not sure what I need to do, I exercise daily, as I mentioned I run and cycle 1K miles on each annually and strength train. I eat clean, only weigh like 145-150. Stress and/or genetics is really the only thing I can contribute it to. My estranged father (dead now) had all kinds of health issues as far as I know. Gonna bring it up to Doc again this year at annual physical time.

Your doc can probably bring it down with something like ozempic or Rybelsus.

Jyst try to get ahead of it before it creeps higher.
