will it be back to back for Alabama?
If LSU doesn't win it next year, It will be the begining of the end

Alabama will be in the same boat as LSU this year, breaking in an inexperienced QB.

Bama will be inexperienced at QB (see LSU 2008 season...) and will lose several members of their line. Theyll be a 9-10 win team, but no reason LSU cant compete with them.

agree
but if Bama wins it next year too, it will validate how great of a coach Saban is

look out for Arkansas next year. I am just not confident on our coaching staff. We simply keep making the same mistakes. Not just this season. I saw similar thing last year. We hardly dominate our opponents and we hardly play up to our potential.
Bama is lucky this year with auburn, tenn,us,arkansas not as strong as before. But they will be very good for the years to come.

We're a good defensive coordinator away from being a great team. Look at the recruiting class coming in. We're not going away.

I think that we clinch the West half way through the season. I also think that Ole Miss will finish in the top 3 and Bama will not.

LSU should be the favorite next year - they get the tough games at home except Bama and UGA. I think Auburn will be vastly improved, but they have to play at TS which hasn't boded well for them in the past. Then again, you all finally broke the road team losing streak so maybe they'll get one there next year.
Alabama won't be likely to repeat as West champs. Saban never made it back to back years at LSU and it isn't looking like he'll have the QB to do it next year. QB play will cost him at least two big games next year, just enough to keep them out of it.
Ole Miss is the dark horse. If they can win some of the close games they lost this year, Nutt might take the Rebs to their first ever SECCG.
Arkansas is a work in progress and it ain't happening in year 2 for Petrino. Mississippi State won't win the west, but they'll probably beat a few teams they shouldn't and might go bowling.

Talent wins. We have the talent to compete every year, as will Alabama. Both are reloading in the recruiting wars.
The next couple of years we and they will be the ones duking it out for the West. OM will be better, but recruiting in Miss is even worse than in Ark.
Auburn will be competitive, but they have some rebuilding to do.
Experience at QB and a stable DC situation = Division and SEC championship for LSU.

I think LSU will be favored, but Ole Miss and Arkansas will both be better. Arkansas might be a LOT better.
