270 on bench is a very realistic goal for most men
I’m 6’ 170 lbs and don’t lift heavy and can do reps of three of 225 lbs. it wouldn’t take much to bulk up and get to 270 and I’m not naturally as big as a lot of men are
I workout at a simply anytime fitness and we have multiple guys that can easily put up 270. Some over 50 years old
