Lucky. I puked everything I had and everything I didn’t know I did. At one point I almost passed out in the middle of puking. Couldn’t keep water down even sipping minimally.

I think my experience was potentially worse because I didn’t sleep almost at all the night before with a kid sick, then didn’t sleep the night it hit me after having done a major leg day anyway on no sleep. I almost literally couldn’t function physically at all, to the point of crawling.

Took just over a week to get through our house each phase was different. I think mine and one daughters was worst and last (together).
