Some people have unseen handicaps. Asthma or lung diseases, nerve damage, spinal or leg issues. You may not see them on a bad day. Do you actually know the people or just see them get in and out of car?

I see one just sprint by my office about 6 times this morning and does everyday all day long who has a handicapped tag. It's a scam..
