Honestly me either. I've had the amazon account for about 10 years and never had an issue until today.

We had an odd occurrence a couple of months ago; we have been Prime members for about 5-6 years now. Wife's acct is the primary Prime account and mine is added in under the family sharing.
Got charged our annual membership fee. The next month we get charged the monthly Prime fee, but it doesn't show up on her account or mine. A week or so later, my Amazon photos app tells me I am over my storage limit, and that I can either pay X a month or join Prime.
Log in to my account on the desktop and it acts like I'm not a Prime member, even though I show up on wife's family sharing account. Call Amazon and they fix it, but no explanation of what happened.
