i think that makes him a first ballot guy. Right now he is the 3rd highest rated passer in NFL history, and first in history in passing yards per game. He won't be penalized too much at all for his late entry into the NFL when it comes to Canton. They are smart enough to realize it wasn't his choice, the NFL clearly missed, and that his longevity stats would be much higher if he had a conventional path to the league.

Yeah, i agree, we tend to get caught up in that longevity qualification, but i'm not sure how that matters if the time you put in was Hall of Fame quality.
