Your bedroom window is right next to your neighbors barking dog? Definitely poor man’s problem.

My neighbors and I all have dogs and they all bark. Our houses are close together so if one of us left our dogs out to bark all night it may be a problem but we are all responsible home owners so it’s not an issue.
