You asked another poster why a person like this would be problematic in a bathroom. These are your words.
It is very obvious when you are talking to a man who is transitioning. Your 6th sense picks it up. They are larger than the average female, generally have over pronounced "female" mannerisms, unusually high pitch for a voice, not very good at doing hair/makeup, etc.
Your spidey senses know you're around a person who isn't right in the head. So again, biological women - who are at a physical disadvantage and are at risk of rape/pregnancy - don't want to be taking care of private business in the same room as a mentally ill man pumped full of hormones.
The fact that I'm even having to defend this position to you tells you the absolute clown world we are living in.

To any interested observers out there, read through this thread and draw your own conclusions. I believe the record speaks for itself.
Awgusta is sophist incapable of winning this debate on the merit of his claims; he has to fabricate false premises and "facts" in order to argue his position. He is even willing to lie unashamedly. When challenged and presented with incontrovertible evidence that he is lying, he will double down on his lies.
He's losing a two-fronted war to both logic and practical lived human experience. He has no interest in truth; just "winning" and he will pull every dirty trick in the book to win at all costs, just like an obedient, radical revolutionist does. Because he can't win a fair chess match, he attempts to manipulate the pieces when he thinks we aren't looking in order to bring about his desired result.
He is now cowering in his bunker, pointing fingers at us and claiming that we're the weird, crazy freaks in need of counseling. FTR, these are verbatim excerpts from one of his earlier posts:

Yep, statistically speaking, biological women are 5-6 times more likely to be raped than biological men. No reason they should be sharing bathrooms.

I’d even go a step further and say that most of us aren’t necessarily afraid of the mere idea of sharing a restroom with a biological male who’s genuinely trying to “pass” as a biological female, because the whole point of that exercise is to avoid calling attention to yourself by making biological females suspicious and uncomfortable. The same rule applies to anyone in a restroom, trans or not: Don’t bother me and I won’t bother you.
The real problem as I see it is that a policy of facilitating anyone, anytime to enter a vulnerable space through self-proclaimed identity throws the door wide open for people who actually do want to make others uncomfortable — or even physically harm them — to gain ready access to victims with no more effort than it takes to verbalize two words: I’m trans. It’s MA’AM! I feel.
And suddenly … they’re bulletproof? It doesn’t matter if there’s zero truth to their words; doesn’t matter if they’re delusional and malicious instead, or just cold, calculating liars? If you say or do anything to intervene, even in the face of an obvious con, then you’ll be the one who’s reprimanded, shamed, and/or kicked out.
This kind of nebulous, candy-coated policy is pathetically easy to exploit, which makes it a guaranteed magnet for predatory behavior. The end result is that you’d inevitably place far more innocent people in a far more dangerous situation than you would protect. Even if you don’t believe that’s an immoral position, it’s still logically indefensible and frankly insane from a risk management perspective.
Predators already destroy enough lives at is is. For God’s sake let’s not gift them with a freaking golden loophole just because we’re scared of making unpopular decisions.

Who is carrying on a conversation with a stranger in a public restroom? Is this something y’all do on a regular basis? That’s creepy as creepy gets. I knew y’all had to be doing something strange in there but I had no idea it was as bad as engaging in conversation with a stranger in a public bathroom. I doubt it ends with breaking that social taboo though…
I would also suggest that if a woman in a public bathroom is put out by bad hair and makeup and responding to her “6th” sense there’s is certainly someone in that bathroom with some mental issues…..
Is it just the presence of this tall, hulking woman with a strange voice and acting more like a woman than most women that these frail women fear as rapists? So that tall, ungainly woman, bent on raping someone in a public restroom, is foiled by a law preventing them being in that bathroom? They are willing to rape but using the wrong bathroom is too serious a crime????
How are we gonna enforce this law??? Let’s say one of these frail women, suffering from irrational fears but engaging in conversations with strangers in public bathrooms, runs across one of these ungainly women with bad hair and makeup. She manages to make good her escape even though the would be rapist never acknowledges her attempts to strike up a conversation. Does she call the police? How does that conversation go???
Officer to ugly woman: “Excuse me….do you have any ID”?
Ugly woman, in a high pitch voice: “ Yes, I do…why do you ask”?
Officer: “A lady called and said there was a man in a dress in the ladies room:
Here’s where it may go off the rails…
Ugly woman ( and how to tell she is actually a woman) “Oh my….I’m so glad to have survived….I could’ve been raped and Impregnated”
Or possibly….
Ugly woman : “You mean that crazy lady who would not shut up in there….do you know she tried to engage in a conversation with a stranger in a public restroom”
To which the officer would reply “No ma’am….we did not know she was a mental patient. We apologize. Have a nice day”.
Seriously, I understand that y’all are overwrought about men in dresses in the ladies room but y’all obviously haven’t gone beyond your own irrational fears and considered what it is you’re scared of….
