Money retired the first 9 he faced last night. Looked fine to me. Again, is he an ace? Of course not.

Look at his lines this year. Solo homer against W Michigan. Big deal. He struck out the side, by the way. 3 innings, 1 hit, 0 runs, 5 ks over the next month. Not much usage, not much comps, but those are fine numbers. Not great, not bad against A&M strictly in there to not give up a crooked number. Retired the first 9 last night, then had a crooked inning started on a fly out to cf.

Good k/bb ratio. Not the worst whip.

It's fine, especially for a guy that is working on a completely new delivery.

He’s fine for a guy that is the 10th pitcher on your roster. That’s about it.

Opponents slugging .455 of him. That’s really high. He hadn’t thrown against anyone of note either.
