Not quite. Pansexual simply means they are attracted to individual persons for who they are and that gender/sex doesn’t really factor into it. It’s ultimately similar to being bisexual.
Neurodivergent is an umbrella term for neurological disabilities such as ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Tourretts, etc. Most people who use that term are typically are referring to having ADHD, autism or both (but obviously not always - that’s just the most common).
Worth noting that these are not mental illnesses, but disabilities.
