I think it should be pointed out that most people don’t know their true height and most women don’t know what “6’0” actually is.
I saw a girl on Tik Tok going around asking guys their height, and right after they answer, she brings out a tape measurer. She’s even generous by letting them keep their shoes on or not smushing their hair down. They’re almost all off by at least an inch or two.
Women who aren’t tall can’t really distinguish between 5’10 and 6’0. If someone is 6-8 inches taller than you, your perspective is skewed. And if you’re a girl standing at 5’3 living life believing you’re 5’5, then you’re even more wrong in your assessments of how tall others are.
Here’s an article about guys lying about their height
And to conclude: just look at high school football programs or CFB players at the combine. Almost always overinflated heights all around.

True. If someone ever asks my height I tell them and they always ask "You're taller than that aren't you?".
NO MF'ER I am not. Why would I go around bragging about being 5'7.222334" tall? Am I the only one that tells the truth? Could be the shoes and 8 pairs of socks too.

We start shrinking when we are 35 too so most of us are getting shorter all the time.
