if they insist on arresting him, then he needs to make a show of it. do the passive arrest where you lay down. make those out of shape over weight fbi agents pick up his 260 lbs and take him to jail.

I would show up in a straight jacket with my own pair of handcuffs on and someone wheeling me in on a dolly.
