And thanks for all the other suggestions so far here.
Before about a week ago when all this started, we could just wait him out until about 10pm and walk him around the living room while rocking him and it would work like a charm.
Now that doesn't do anything and he just hangs out with his eyes open

We put ours in a Baby Merlin at 3 months and it was great. She did become depended on it to sleep though and we had a hard transition for a few days at 6 months to get her out of it though. So be prepared for that.
