I hit my 46 (pw) around 130-135, and 52 should be around 110-115. I don't see an issue swinging a 3/4 pw to make up for that loss yardage gap

Not just that gap, but also your 52-58. 20 yard gaps isn’t the end of the world, but unless you are trying to go with more woods, no reason to have just 3 wedges.

Personally I’d rather shorten my distance gaps and have more wedges and fewer woods/hybrids. But if you never use your 54, then sure. Based on your yardages I assume you hit your 54 about 100, which is odd that you would use that club much.
