A Mr. Monk and the Coronavirus special during COVID would have been good stuff. With the kicker being none of it really bothering Monk because of the way he’s always lived his life and him sort of having to be the voice of reason to everyone freaking out.

That would've been awesome... With both Sharon and Natalie back.
But I can see Monk ironically happy about Covid because now he has an excuse to never leave his apartment and not interact with people... But of course he'd be coaxed into helping Stottlemeyer solve murders and then we'd get all the Covid protocols displayed in over-the-top Monk style.
This is great to have one more Monk original...One of the best shows of 2000s despite its old school modest production.
