I've shot benchrest competition both RF and CF. I would ditch the Accu Tac bipod and use a quality front rest with micro adjustments and a rear bag filled with heavy sand.
Get a trigger job done or swap out with a Jewell, JARD, Bixn Andy, Shilen, Timney, etc... and set it 1 pound or less. Tuners definitely work ... Shoot free recoil.

Here is my Sako Finnfire P94 with a Lilja Sundberg taper barrel, Jewell 8 ounce trigger, as rifle is pillar and glass bedded. I have duplicate rifles and can swap out 3 different barrels ....22LR, 22 WMR, 17 HMR. I use to shoot the Federal UM1 Olympic ammo but sadly it's no longer made. Now shoot the SK Match

this rifle is wearing a LEU 36x - D scope.

Iv'e used Harrel tuners in the past ...

I prefer a scope with a small target dot crosshair

the CZ 457 MTR with 20" varmint match barrel is the real deal priced at $849. You can get the same rifle with a traditional hunting stock for $649.

edit: can you use windflags ?

Ideally, you want to shoot the same weather condition everytime. Micro-windage adjustments allow you to compensate hold for wind direction.
