Do what? I'm talking about the trays you eat 5lbs in. You never just pick up 10 lbs of crawfish or some crabs already cooked for you and the lady? Anything that size, such as a big gumbo pot, is better to be washed in a large basin sink. I have a single basin in my outdoor kitchen and prefer using that one to the double in the kitchen.
