I moved to Seville, Spain about 2 years ago Its in the Andulusia province, and olives/olive oil is the main driver of the economy. If you can find it in the US, look for Rincon de la Subbetica. It is widely considered to be the best olive oil in Andulusia and all of Spain. Its used not so much to cook with, but as a topping for salads, bread, pasta, etc. Amazing aroma and taste.

In for one: Rincon de la Subbetica

Hope it's not counterfeit stuff.

What got you to Seville? I visited more than 15 years ago, beautiful city.

Right before the world got derailed by Covid, my wife wanted to go to Spain on vacation. We visited Madrid, Barcelona, Granada and Seville. Loved all of it, but Seville just really stuck with us. Went back to NO and neither one of us could forget about Seville. With everything going crazy in the US after we returned, we just decided if we were ever going to do this, now (then) was the time. So, we sold everything and moved. Best decision we ever made.
Hope you like Rincon. I tried a lot of olive oil from Spain, and there are several fantastic ones, but Rincon really stands out.
