re: How did you quit smoking cigarettes?

You will forever, on occasion, crave nicotine but can hate cigarettes and snuff. For me, I buy Walgreen’s brand gum and have since 2012. $75 gets me about a month’s supply so it is far more economical to buy the gum. I like to keep a Vuse on hand for times when I drink or eat because chewing gum can be inconvenient at these times. I use my Vuse like crazy while golfing
