Yesterday when McCarthy was answering questions and was asked about the Tucker Carlson tapes, the first reporter asking something about TC lying about officer Sicknick. McCarthy didn't respond to that, but he could have - he could have asked the reporter what about the video TC showed was untrue? Fact is Sicknick wasn't killed by being beaten over the head with a fire extinguisher as YOU GUYS reported. Officer Sicknick died as the result of a stroke that the medical examiner did not tie to anything that happened on J6, and in fact died of natural causes. So it's not lying by TC that we need to be concerned about. When are you going to inform your viewers how Sicknick actually died?"
Republicans and the Right broadly are too intimidated by the media, and make a big mistake thinking playing nice will get them more favorable coverage. I hope that's a lesson Trump learned if he's our man in '24 - all his capitulation to the Left got him no favors in the press.
