Can you expound on the lack of edibility? Some have cited spiciness. Or just overall?

Price or bang for the buck may also limit its success. Heck even the Winn Dixie next door usually has great fried chicken.

Too spicy for the two that didn't like it and another was upset about the paper serving tray, lol.
I found it spicy but can handle the heat. Do I like all of my chicken to be blazing hot, no, but I was able to finish it. It just did not have any "gotta have it" feel and they will most certainly price themselves out of business if they don't come up with a milder version.
