I think the saints would be happy with just having Carr's production 4 of the last 5 years. Obviously last year is concerning, but the saints feel he's worth the risk, and I agree

but history has shown he's low reward with a high risk when considering how much we're having to pay him.
$35 million a year for this little of improvement?
