I called the way you were ranting about them as insecure.

I definitely agree with you that they are not the type of people that should be utilizing this drug for weight loss. It's a legit detriment to their overall health.

The whole "the right way" or "short cut" rant just rubs me wrong. They achieved a goal easier than you and it frustrates you. It comes off as insecure.

Its the same as steroid discussion IMO.

They didn’t achieve a single goal I’m trying to achieve; so you’d be wrong.

I’m trying to be healthy while they’re trying to be skinny. There’s a big difference and that way of thinking is why I don’t struggle with my weight anymore.

ETA: and if you read further, you’d see that my frustration stems from our culture. Glorify the look but never the honest means to get there. Shortcut, screw the work, give me the laziest and easiest option with side effects be damned.
