He doesn't care about CA cuz he's preparing for his presidential run next year. Auntie Nancy will initiate "The Fix" for him to win the democrat nominee.

Just up the road from the me walls of snow are in excess of 12ft high along the road. It’s crazy how much snow is in the mountains right now. In fact the place that we go and play at during summer has between between 476” - 594” for the season. It’s stunning. We still have more storms in the forecast. Drought? What drought?
