It might not be how most of us say it, but that's how he pronounces his name.

His dad doesn’t pronounce it that way. I don’t know the kid, but I know his dad and where he grew up and pretty sure he never heard that growing up, probably got used to it in travel ball tournaments and just doesn’t correct anybody.
