Yes and no. Depending if it’s related to service connection from driving that vehicle technically the VA has to take care of it. Again, that depends on the claim and injury.

Not the example I would have chosen given IEDs...

But the point is made that a lot of people claiming disability ate more Popeyes while "deployed in a combat zone" than I did in the last year.

It's the same game that gets played on the civilian side of the house, just a wild disappointment that so many vets that are undeserving do it. Every appointment they book for their bullshite "ailment" pushes some GI down the calendar for a real issue.
