And? The thugs targeted an LSU student within the city Limits and raped her within the city limits. If Murphy Paul was worth a shite he’d at least acknowledge the victim. And all the other victims who have died under his watch. All that sorry fricker does is ignore or try to dismiss the criminal activity that goes in in his jurisdiction.
