Most dog parks are 25 lbs and under for the small dog portion. A lot of those dogs were definitely bigger than 25 lbs.
Woman was a moron, loud, and annoying, but her dog was trying to play more than being aggressive from what I saw (though a bigger dog playing obviously can hurt a small one). That being said, dog owners whose dogs cannot take a hint and leave other dogs alone are fricking terrible

The video started with almost everyone there already holding their dogs, clearly it did something. Who knows if it was just trying to play but you can’t bring your big dog in the small dog enclosure then act like a trapped rat when everyone tells you to get the frick out.
People that break dog park etiquette are the absolute worst. I’d bet my life that lady has never returned a shopping cart in her life

Hard to say. I’ve seen many dogs start off exactly like that and then instantly escalate to attacking. I think it looks harmless but is really some kind of dominance test and the wrong reaction can trigger them.
