Donate the body to science seems logical if they even do that anymore.

My mother died in 2015, had a living will that had her donating her body to science. Sold her house and didn't get any ashes back as far as I know. She had the Alz, and my second oldest sister became the executioner of the estate after she died. Had a memorial at our church where we grew up. Not sure of the cost, couldn't of been much.
