Boric acid in the all the exterior walls and then talstar every couple mos on the exterior and you should be good to go. I am in the process of looking at the sentricon treat at the moment. Quotes ranging from $1500 - $2000

Sentricon is great. The problem with any bait for any pest is that they have to consume the bait before eradication can begin; meanwhile they could be munching on your structure without ever encountering the bait. My suggestion is always to liquid treat your structure to label specifications with a Fipronil, Imidacloprid or other treated zone product along with the bait system. It is expensive, but it truly is the best of both worlds.
