That's why the girl, and her family didn't push for charges. I still think the dude is POS for how he treated his two oldest for much of their lives. At the same time if you've ever been in any of these slower country towns, some of their ways of life are just different. I'll pass on judging how he got to be a father of two while still in college and move to just despising him for being a deadbeat while he was out being an NBA superstar.
