I understand this fatalism, but I think it’s self-defeating, and I hope that we soon turn the corner and start to see all of these problems as our problems to fix.

How do you fix a racial monolith voting block that votes along party lines, and a party fully aware that they won't lose the vote no matter what they do, or don't do?
