I am by NO MEANS criticizing, but what is it about these greens that causes so
Many problems? Are there undulations im not seeing on TV? Is it the grass? Or is it the environmental factors (heat, drying) that causes these guys to miss? It’s just so odd to see these guys miss.

Honest question: have you ever played / putted on poa?

It’s very different than the Bermuda and bent that the vast majority of the rest of the country has. It grows unevenly throughout the day; it’s patchy but weirdly spongy; it gets scuffed a lot more easily.

there is definitely a ton of slope on them. For instance, you can’t stop a ball on 4. Combine that with stimps of 12-12.5 necessitating dripping the ball around the hole and bumpy poa annua and you will miss a lot

It’s almost like you answered your own question.
