I mean look the guy was put in a tough spot but absolutely need to see something next year that’s positive growth.
Problem for him is he laid a massive dump on his first year and building any respect that he can coach at this level.
Players hear that and then don’t come.
Wade wasn’t the greatest in game coach but damn sure built excitement amongst fans and players wanted to be a part of something special.
Nothing special here.
There is less than a 5% chance he makes it to year 4 at current rate long contract or not. He will be gone.

I think we are in a worse spot now than we were in April.
I feel the only hope is really spending some $$$ on NIL on some high level transfers, to the point of tampering
He’s also gotta change offensively, this walk it up the court set play crap isn’t gonna fly, especially if your out manned

He's got 4 more and the tournament to win a game.
But odds are on right now that he finishes the season on a 19 game losing streak at 12-20.
Lol how do you get anyone to get excited about that. Fans, players or boosters. At least Trent made the NCAA tourney, at least Johnny landed some huge recruits to create hope.
Historic losing streaks and 52nd ranked recruiting classes are what we're looking forward to? Nah bruh. That ain't it.
