Matthew being autistic is just one thing they are adding to this series to make Jesus and the Bible, “relatable.” I’ve watched a few scenes and in each case they have altered the text which in some cases changes its intent.
It’s difficult to watch this and not “read into” the text something that isn’t there. I’d caution even discerning Christians in watching this for that reason alone.

Examples? I'm not disagreeing with you... just looking for examples of where scripture has been altered.
