You are just emoting without looking clearly at the evidence. To put it more clearly, the negative trend in TFR appears across cultures, approaches to health, abortion, contraception, etc.

Prove it, and show evidence to the contrary of my comments not related to the country getting the shite blown out of it and/or taken over by totalitarian governments during and following WWII.
