So you have spoken to this person and are trained to diagnose mental health issues or did you just base your diagnosis on items you found up your arse when you reached in there?

You are making a HUGE assumption that this person "believes" they are pregnant because you have seen a picture and read a message board post and maybe some internet articles that suggested this person believes they are pregnant. It could well be that this person is saying this to get the exact reaction that they got from the posters on this board and others just like them. This person is a 30 year old pop singer and song writer in 2023. They are not going to damage their credibility with their fanbase by pretending to be pregnant and they will improve their favorability with their fans by making old folks uncomfortable, which they have surely done.

At the end of the day what harm does their suffering from mental illness do, if they do indeed suffer from mental illness? As long as they ain't hurting anyone else they are no worse than adults who go about claiming to believe in magic men in the sky and boogie men in the ground. The latter do a LOT of damage in the world yet we tolerate them, what damage does a biological male believing they are pregnant do?
