It appears that someone is trying to produce princess 77 again which is a gorgeous grass. Sahara II sound be a viable option.

have you considered sprigging your yard. Call a sod farm in your area and ask if they can sprig a 1 acre yard with Bermuda or even consider Zoysia. Sprigs will shorten the grow in time and water used. quicker establishment, less erosion, and more uniform coverage.
